Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at www.lg25llcinsurance.com (the "Site"), operated by LG25 LLC Insurance Services ("LG25," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose Only

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about LG25 and the insurance products and services we offer. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a binder, quote, or guarantee of any insurance coverage, rate, or premium. No insurance coverage is bound, altered, or cancelled through the Site. Coverage takes effect only when confirmed in writing by LG25 or the applicable insurance carrier, subject to underwriting approval, payment of premium, and the terms of the applicable policy.

2. No Professional or Insurance Advice

Content on the Site — including descriptions of coverage types, carriers, and general insurance information — is provided for general reference only and does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, or tax advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed insurance agent regarding your specific circumstances. Actual coverage, terms, limits, exclusions, and pricing are governed solely by the official policy documents issued by the insurance carrier, which control in the event of any conflict with information on the Site.

3. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep information on the Site current and accurate, but insurance products, carrier appointments, rates, and availability change frequently and may vary by state. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in this information or for any actions taken in reliance on it. We reserve the right to correct or update Site content at any time without notice.

4. Third-Party Carriers and Links

The Site may reference or link to insurance carriers or other third parties over which LG25 has no control. References to a carrier do not guarantee that coverage is currently available through that carrier or that any specific rate or term will be offered. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; LG25 does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, including its privacy practices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the LG25 name and marks, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is owned by or licensed to LG25 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems, interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, introduce viruses or other harmful code, or scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LG25 AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LG25 and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
